To tackle the influx of information, Neutrogena and Target collaborated on a new campaign that focuses on reminding consumers that when it comes to skin care, simple and science-backed is the best course of action.

The Great Face Race, a studio-shot and social-first episodic education and entertainment-focused content series will feature a mix of scientific information and storytelling.

Dermatologists will work to coach influencers through a series of missions, puzzles and tasks that showcase how Neutrogena is simplifying the science behind Boost Your Skin’s Vitals, and also working to help reduce the time consumers spend researching products, avoid trend-hopping and making informed decisions regarding their skin care routines, the company said.

On Oct. 7, more than 200 Target stores participated in the campaign with pop-up displays, product samples and an on-site beauty concierge to help guide shoppers through live demonstrations.
