1 tablet PO QD (every day) times 45 tablets times 10 bottles equal a 450 days supply.

Now no insurance would normally cover this. Most likely the insurance would cut the prescription back to 90 days supply (90 tablets) or 60 days supply (60 tablets) or 30 days supply (30) tablets.

This is actually a fairly simple question and these types of days supply questions are fairly easy to answer.
